We have deployed several data projects in companies of all sizes (SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large corporations) and have the ability to meet the most stringent data security requirements, including the implementation of a Security Assurance Plan (SAP). We have developed all the necessary legal tools for contractualization.
We also provide third-party application maintenance (TMA) for projects deployed at our clients' sites. We can also offer business and technical support services, although our main objective is always to make your teams autonomous with Domo so that you don't need to resort to external intervention.
“Store 360” R&D Project in Partnership with MONOPRIX and NEDAP FRANCE
Unveiled to the public for the first time during PARIS RETAIL WEEK 2021, our Domo “Store 360” application provides a complete overview of a store with key indicators (sales, profit margin, footfall, stock shortages, checkout waiting times, availability on the sales floor, saved sales, and shrinkage) with 3D visualization that encourages team engagement and makes the application an excellent management tool in the field. A mobile version is also available.
Monitoring of an Omnichannel E-commerce Platform
We developed a real-time order tracking tool with alerts in the event of order processing stoppages and workflow monitoring tailored to omnichannel operations (home delivery, marketplace, click and collect, drive-through, pick-up points, etc.) and different retail sectors (food, non-food). The aim of the project was to avoid revenue losses due to order management system (OMS) downtime. The main lever is real-time tracking and associated alerts, which enable order processing downtime to be detected immediately.
Performance Management of a Marketing Loyalty Program and CRM Database
After migrating the CRM database to a modern cloud technology (PostgreSQL™), we connected the database to Domo to monitor the program's performance, including recruitment, commercial activation, and attrition. Simultaneously, the deployment of Domo enabled the automation of customer segmentation analysis within the CRM database and enriched the segmentation with additional data sources such as Google Analytics. This integration linked website navigation behavior with segmentation categories, enhancing customer insights and personalizing commercial activation newsletters.
Automated Financial Reporting and Accurate Monitoring of Project Profitability
CESARO ENTREPRISE is a building construction and renovation company. It is well equipped with IT management tools (design, estimates, accounting, and management) but faced the challenge of monitoring a large number of construction sites simultaneously. With Domo, we have implemented tools to monitor construction site profitability. In addition, the company's monthly operating account has been automated and directly linked to the accounting tool (SAGE). The team's commercial and operational results are tracked on Domo on a monthly basis and compared to the objectives set by the manager.
Monitoring the Company's Internal Training Policy
CHANEL has set up an internal training platform that integrates the Domo solution for management by HR teams. The solution has been deployed across all continents for thousands of employees. We have developed simple and effective reporting with dynamic data filtering that adapts to the user based on their geographical region and role within the organization. We have worked with international teams based in Asia, the United Kingdom, and France.
